• Presentation skills training courses

• Executive coaching services
• Corporate training programs
• Online and in-person training sessions

3. Registration and Account

Course Registration

To register for our courses, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register for our services. If registering on behalf of an organization, you must have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. Course Fees and Payment

Payment Terms

Course fees are due at the time of registration unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment by credit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any changes will not affect existing bookings.

Refunds

Refund requests must be made in writing. Our refund policy is as follows:

• More than 14 days before course start: 100% refund minus administrative fee
• 7-14 days before course start: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days before course start: No refund
• Corporate training programs: Subject to separate agreement

5. Course Attendance and Participation

Attendance Requirements

Regular attendance is required for certification. If you miss more than 20% of scheduled sessions, you may not receive a certificate of completion.

Rescheduling

We reserve the right to reschedule, cancel, or modify courses due to insufficient enrollment, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide reasonable notice and offer alternatives or full refunds.

Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain professional behavior during all training sessions. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the course without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

Our Content

All course materials, content, and methodologies are proprietary to Blijvtrepi and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

Your Content

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to us may be used by Blijvtrepi without restriction or compensation.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Course discussions and participant information are treated as confidential.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blijvtrepi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or technical failures.
